107Vision, LLC Privacy Policy

107Vision, LLC is providing this document to better communicate our privacy policy to clients and public persons that may be concerned. We at 107Vision, LLC respect others privacy. In order to provide accountability and transparency with respect to the use and/or publication of our work, we will follow the points mentioned below to the best of our ability.
Description of the work we typically engage in:

• 3D modeling of construction projects
• Aerial photos and/or video of buildings, landscape and other public places
• Inspection services
• Aerial surveys

While in the process of capturing data for the above mentioned activities, it may be possible, that 107Vision, LLC unknowingly captures personal data. If this is discovered in post processing, every attempt will be made to permanently delete or obscure that data prior to providing such data to our customers. Personal data for the purposes of this document is considered data that can be linked to an individual’s name or is of sufficient clarity that a specific person is recognizable. 
107Vision, LLC personnel will have on their person, company identification and required licensing documentation available at any job site location during work being performed.
Data will be reviewed for personally identifiable information prior to allowing this data to be manipulated by 3rd party software or being delivered to our clients. If such information is discovered, it will be eliminated or obscured to the best of our ability. 
Operations conducted from a given property will be done so with the permission of the property owner. Every attempt will be made to avoid capturing data from adjoining properties. While flight over an adjoining property in some cases may not be avoidable, the data collected will focus on the property being surveyed. In these cases, every attempt will be made to notify persons on the adjoining property prior to commencing operations. 
Some data may be collected of properties in a general area that could be considered comparable to Google Earth images. In these situations, it would not be practicable or reasonable to attempt to notify property owners.
